Intimation of change.—Every e-return intermediary shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form 26AS and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
