Safe custody.—Every holder of an advance authorisation shall keep every certificate of origin to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the import of inputs under an advance authorisation is carried on, shall record in Form ANF-2A the description of every certificate of origin so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Board of Approval within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year.
