Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any registered priest dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form VIII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every marriage register then held; and the Central Adoption Resource Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
