Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the duty free shop operator shall apply to the Joint Commissioner in Form GSTR-9 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Joint Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
