Application for registration.—Every fit person carrying on the temporary care of a child by a fit person shall make an application for registration to the State Commission for Women in Form II, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every inspection report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
