Application for registration.—Every operator of a teleport carrying on the operation of a teleport shall make an application for registration to the Broadcasting Authority in Form II, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every film held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
