Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a teleport who ceases to carry on the operation of a teleport shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Broadcasting Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every register of subscribers held by him has been disposed of.
