Intimation of change.—Every registered valuer shall intimate to the Assessing Officer, in Form 3CD and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Assessing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
