Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a place of public resort who ceases to carry on the conduct of a place of public resort shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every weapon held by him has been disposed of.
