Application for registration.—Every dormant company carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form ADT-1, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
