Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a mineral processing plant shall apply to the Chief Inspector of Mines in Form J for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
