Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a mineral processing plant who ceases to carry on the processing of minerals shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every sample of ore held by him has been disposed of.
