Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a mineral processing plant dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Inspector of Mines in Form J, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every weighbridge slip then held; and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
