Surrender of certificate.—Every ombudsman under a scheme who ceases to carry on the resolution of complaints under a scheme shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every arbitration agreement held by him has been disposed of.
