Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a village bus stand shall intimate to the Block Development Officer, in Form 3 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Block Development Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
