Intimation of change.—Every micro-insurance agent shall intimate to the Authority, in Form IRDA-6 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
