Application for registration.—Every dealer in milk carrying on the sale of milk shall make an application for registration to the Food Authority in Form E, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every analysis report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
