Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of an online education platform who ceases to carry on the imparting of education by electronic means shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the School Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every institution held by him has been disposed of.
