Application for registration.—Every operator of an online education platform carrying on the imparting of education by electronic means shall make an application for registration to the School Tribunal in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every mark sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
