Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of an online education platform dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the School Tribunal in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of recognition then held; and the School Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
