Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor who ceases to carry on the execution of contracts shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 12-C of the manner in which every register of contracts held by him has been disposed of.
