Intimation of change.—Every dealer in fertilisers shall intimate to the Seed Certification Agency, in Form A and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Seed Certification Agency shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
