Surrender of certificate.—Every limited guardian who ceases to carry on the guardianship of a person with disability shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every scholarship held by him has been disposed of.
