Periodical return.—Every transporter of hazardous chemicals carrying on the transport of hazardous chemicals shall furnish to the Director of Fire Services, within three days of the close of each year, a return in Form B of every plan received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for one day from the date on which it is furnished.
