Clause 2, Disaster Management (Warning Control) Order, 2020 [SBY-BY8]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005); (b) "transporter of hazardous chemicals" means a person carrying on the transport of hazardous chemicals; (c) "warning" means a warning received, held or disposed of by a transporter of hazardous chemicals in the course of the transport of hazardous chemicals; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
