Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any direct-to-home operator dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Broadcasting Authority in Form VIII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of subscribers then held; and the Broadcasting Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
