Surrender of certificate.—Every direct-to-home operator who ceases to carry on the provision of direct-to-home broadcasting services shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Broadcasting Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every register of subscribers held by him has been disposed of.
