Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person drawing ground water shall apply to the Ground Water Authority in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Ground Water Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
