Application for registration.—Every repairer of weights and measures carrying on the repair of weights and measures shall make an application for registration to the National Commission in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
