Authorised agent.—Any liquefied petroleum gas distributor may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the State Commission in Form VII the name and address of the agent within twenty-one days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within fifteen days of the revocation.
