Safe custody.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor shall keep every supply line to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every supply line so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Commission within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
