Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the liquefied petroleum gas distributor shall apply to the State Commission in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
