Surrender of certificate.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor who ceases to carry on the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register of consumers held by him has been disposed of.
