Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the duty free shop operator shall apply to the Appellate Authority in Form GST DRC-03 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
