Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the running of an industry shall make an application for registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form IV, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every monitoring report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
