Surrender of certificate.—Every platform aggregator who ceases to carry on the engagement of gig workers shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
