Application for registration.—Every operator of a cyber cafe carrying on the running of a cyber cafe shall make an application for registration to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form I, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every magazine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
