Surrender of certificate.—Every warehouseman who ceases to carry on the warehousing of goods shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Warehouses in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every bill of lading held by him has been disposed of.
