Surrender of certificate.—Every working women's hostel who ceases to carry on the running of a working women's hostel shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Juvenile Justice Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every individual care plan held by him has been disposed of.
