Maintenance of premises.—Every working women's hostel shall keep the premises where the running of a working women's hostel is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every institution kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the running of a working women's hostel, and shall furnish to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form II, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
