Clause 2, Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) (Meter Control) Order, 2020 [SBX-QS1]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003 (Gujarat Act 24 of 2003); (b) "liquefied petroleum gas distributor" means a person carrying on the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas; (c) "connection" means a connection received, held or disposed of by a liquefied petroleum gas distributor in the course of the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas; (d) "Form II" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
