Intimation of change.—Every deponent before a commission shall intimate to the Nodal Authority, in Form H and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Nodal Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
