Rule 28, Bihar Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2020 [SBX-M6P]

Application for registration.—Every public officer carrying on the receipt of instruments in evidence shall make an application for registration to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority in Form F, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every certificate of stamp duty held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
