Surrender of certificate.—Every scholarship disbursing institution who ceases to carry on the disbursement of scholarships shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every identity card held by him has been disposed of.
