Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a departmental library who ceases to carry on the keeping of a departmental library shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General of Archives in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every statistical return held by him has been disposed of.
