Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any insurance agent dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-5, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every claim then held; and the Insurance Information Bureau shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
