Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance agent who ceases to carry on the soliciting of insurance business shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-5 of the manner in which every survey report held by him has been disposed of.
