Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in milk who ceases to carry on the sale of milk shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every container held by him has been disposed of.
