Surrender of certificate.—Every certifying authority who ceases to carry on the issue of electronic signature certificates shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every log held by him has been disposed of.
