Application for registration.—Every transporter of food carrying on the transport of food shall make an application for registration to the Adjudicating Officer in Form G, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every food product held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
